Hi, I’m Kate Walker, a writer, artist, photographer but otherwise generally boring human being. While I’m not
barely listening paying attention at school, I write novels. Yeah, that’s right. I started properly writing novels in 2007, my first being Tallow and Kittle, a vampire novel that is now in a box under my bed and won’t be reappearing for love nor money. Well… maybe money. My second full-length escapade was conceived violently during the month of panic that was NaNoWriMo 2010, and became Intervita, which is presently in the editing and rewrite stage as we speak. You can read about that story in the ‘Intervita’ tab at the top and I’ll occasionally blog about it and the process of editing. My third outing is Wilderness of Mirrors, and here we come to the whole premise of this blog. It is basically a place for me to procrastinate, wax lyrical about life and occasionally make progress on the story, from the very beginning to the bitter end. You never know; it might end well.
